Thermal management of the battery is essential for effective utilization in various environmental conditions and long-term usage. Failure controlling monitoring over-heat leads to thermal runaway which causes explosion. This paper emphasizes overheating phenomena lead-acid batteries stimulated heat situations. Heat applied until gets damaged. After damage battery, characterization methods were performed analyze influence on anode cathode plates. The characteristics are Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Electron Microscope (SEM). DSC method used find change glass transition temperature materials, can provide material behavior over different temperatures. Likewise, SEM investigate structural morphology experimental results indicating degradation improves with range both In particular, plate varies at positions conduction. Additionally, thermography distribution images identify flow during cycle period.
